Tracie, Elf's foster mom spotted his picture and asked Lori if he needed a foster home. Tracie fosters many of the tiny dogs for Fluffy Dog Rescue. She scooped him up and he was immediatly comfortable in her arms. He joins Tracie's family, Brooke, Howie and Tracies own tiny dogs. Here are pictures from his arrival.
